Crystal Lagoon is located in Pernera, east Cyprus approx 5km from Ayia Napia with the nearest beach only 3 mins walk from the villa. With Larnaca airport less than an hour’s drive.
The villa is well equiped, with everything you may need. The villa can sleep up to a maximum of eight people. Crystal Lagoon Villa is ideal for families, couples and groups of friends.

Outside the Property
The front of the villa has a private patio, gated drive and is big enough for two cars.
The rear of the villa is very spacious and is where the lit private pool (8m by 4m), outside shower & pool shed can be found.
The rear patio area also has a Garden table & chairs (seats 8) and four sun loungers for those who want to bathe in the sun as well as a BBQ for those who want to cook.
Two Balconies can be used at the villa one at the front of the property & one at the back overlooking the pool with seating for those who just want a quiet moment or a nice relaxing drink.
